SMS TERMS OF SERVICE

Use of our text message-based services is subject to the following.

Description of the Service

Math FUNdations is a text messaging program designed to assist parents by suggesting simple, fun math activities they can do with their child/children at home, help them cope with their own math anxiety, and inform them of the learning milestones in math that their children need to know by the end of 4th grade.

SMS text messages will be sent to the parents who have opted-in to receive the texting program in each participating school district when they register their child during the school year. By participating in the program, parents will have certified that they are 18 years of age or older.

The program seeks to assist the parents of third and fourth graders by:

• Suggesting simple, fun math activities they can do with their child at home

• Helping them cope with their own math anxiety

• Informing them of the learning milestones their children need to know by the end of 4th grade

The wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Terminating the Service

Parents may terminate the service at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Frequency of Messaging

Up to 3 text messages will be delivered each week. 

Privacy

Parent's mobile phone numbers will remain confidential and will not be shared with any outside organization. More information is contained in the Privacy Policy. Parents understand that through the use of the Service they consent to the collection and use (as set forth in the Privacy Policy) of this information.
